RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the delicate nature of our products and the very high possibility of damage through misuse, all sales of electronic components are final and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged. However, please contact us if you feel there is an issue with your order and we will address all concerns on an individual basis.
ARDUINO MICROCONTROLLERS that are defective have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Please contact Arduino directly and learn more about their guidelines on the Arduino/Genuino Products Warranty page.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post.
If your order has arrived damaged, a claim can be made if you have selected one of Canada Post’s trackable services with insurance coverage. These services include: Priority™, Xpresspost™, Expedited Parcel™. For more information on receiving damaged orders, please visit the Canada Post Q&A page.
If your order has arrived late, and you have used one of Canada Post's On-Time Delivery Guarantee services (Priority™ or Xpresspost™ or Expedited Parcel™), please contact us by email at email@example.com and we will issue you a refund for the shipping cost.
If you order items over the purchase value of $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance or purchase additional shipping insurance for regular parcel shipping. We don’t guarantee delivery success by Canada Post.
